Key Role Responsibilities
* Drive cloud and infrastructure sales by identifying opportunities within both new and existing customer bases.
* Lead solution design for modern workplace, Azure cloud, and data centre transformation engagements.
* Partner with internal sales teams and vendors to architect solutions aligned with business needs.
* Conduct technical workshops, webinars, and training sessions to promote solution awareness.
* Define technical roadmaps and performance metrics for vendor product portfolios.
* Ensure high-quality documentation and technical governance throughout engagements.
* Contribute to continual process improvements and knowledge sharing.
Key Attributes Required
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting roles.
* Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Modern Workplace, and Microsoft licensing.
* Deep knowledge of infrastructure and hybrid IT solutions from vendors such as HPE, Dell, IBM, or NetApp.
* Proficient with vendor configuration and sizing tools.
* Confident communicator with excellent presentation and client engagement skills.
* Self-motivated, commercially astute, and capable of working independently or as part of a wider team.
* Familiarity with cloud transformation, virtualisation (e.g., VMware), and public cloud platforms is a plus.
