We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Head of Product Development to join an established Law Firm. You will lead their internal software development team and drive innovation across their digital landscape.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the Product Development Team
* Define and execute a product and development strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances user experience.
* Champion best practices across DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and test automation.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver scalable, impactful digital solutions.
* Drive the adoption of Microsoft Cloud technologies and M365 development tools including Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Canvas Apps.
About You
1. 6+ years of hands-on software development experience and 1-2+ years in a leadership role.
2. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Azure DevOps practices.
3. Expertise in .NET, C#, React/JavaScript, microservices architecture, APIs, and automation frameworks.
