Join us as a Trainee Property Agent at haart Estate Agents. As part of the Lettings team, you will provide exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants on a daily basis.
Enroll in the Spicerhaart Training Academy to develop the skills necessary to become a successful Property Agent.
Salary & Working Hours
* £28,000 OTE per year
* Uncapped commission
* Full‑time hours: 8:30 am – 6 pm Monday–Thursday, 9 am – 5 pm Saturday

Training Journey
* Two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester: purpose‑built location, industry‑leading training, one‑to‑one and group sessions, daily learning with experts, fully paid hotel stay, and meals provided.
Responsibilities
* Market properties to potential tenants
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
* Generate new leads through canvassing, door‑knocking, and leaflet dropping
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Continue training and development with support from a mentor

Requirements
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Access to a personal vehicle and proof of business insurance for that vehicle

* Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK as per the Immigration, Asylum, and Nationality Act 2006
* Evidence of right to work in the UK – e.g., passport or birth certificate
