Warehouse Coordinator
Would you like to work with a fast-growing business in a fun and friendly team? Our client is looking for an organised, quick thinking, enthusiastic and efficient person to join their Customer Service Team to assist with the smooth running of the warehouse and office.
* Based in Leatherhead
* £25,000 - £27,000
* Mon – Friday
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Car parking
Job specification:
* Daily Management of the Warehouse
* Conduct regular stock checks
* Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and on time
* Carry out Good in Process
* Assisting and arranging collections/deliveries of imported goods
* Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
* Customer service telephone support
* Logging new products onto system
* Assisting Order Processing and admin as required
* Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
Person specification:
* Previous experience within a similar role is essential
* Educated to a minimum of GCSE level in Maths and English
* Friendly, articulate and professional with a confident telephone manner
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to prioritise work and be reactive
* Full UK drivers license is preferred
