We\'re looking for a Temporary Assistant Manager to support the team during a busy trading period. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity to join a vibrant women\'s fashion brand and make an impact - whether you\'re available full-time or part-time.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations
* Motivate and guide the team to hit sales targets
* Deliver exceptional customer service and styling advice
* Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
* Handle stock deliveries and replenishment
* Lead by example on the shop floor
About You
* Retail experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role (fashion preferred)
* Confident, organised, and customer-focused
* Able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding
* Flexible, reliable, and ready to start immediately
* Available for full-time or part-time shifts, including weekends
