o Maintain compliant and up-to-date policies and processes in line with UK employment law.
o Communicate policy changes clearly and effectively across the business.
* General Operations:
o Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects such as OKR rollouts, and new internal tool implementation.
o Collaborate with the Head of Ops and Leadership Team to improve operational efficiency across the company.
