Working closely with the Principal, SENDCo and wider pastoral team, you will play a key role in helping pupils build confidence, develop resilience and establish the foundations for long term success. Working primarily with Year 7 pupils, you will deliver engaging teaching and targeted interventions that strengthen literacy, numeracy and learning behaviours, while supporting pupils to develop independence, self-belief and a strong sense of belonging within the school community. You will help identify and remove barriers to learning, ensuring that every pupil is able to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
