We are currently seeking two experienced Warehouse First Line Managers to help shape the future of operations at this flagship site. What You'll Be Doing: Leading a team of approximately 50 warehouse operatives Overseeing operations across inbound, stock put-away, picking, dispatch, and inventory Supporting continuous process improvement while prioritising Health & Safety Collaborating with Inventory, H&S, Planning, and HR teams Driving KPI achievement and managing shift efficiencies Standing in for the Shift Manager when required, including handovers Engaging and motivating staff through briefings and clear performance goals Contributing to the setup of new policies, SSOWs, SOPs, and local procedures Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience managing teams in warehouse, processing, or manufacturing environments Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) a plus Confident in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint A strong communicator and natural leader who thrives on team engagement Proactive approach to implementing structure and supporting operational excellence What's in It for You?
