Principal UX Designer
Woking – hybrid working
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and innovative product team working on a leading SaaS platform as a Principal UX Designer. The company has established itself as a key player in its sector and is now looking for an experienced UX Designer to lead end-to-end initiatives on a high-impact ‘Tech for Good’ product.
This role will be a combination of leading a small design team whilst remaining hands‑on with design.
Things to Consider:
* Hybrid working, 3-4 days’ work from home.
* Experience working in highly regulated environments or with personal data is desirable.
* A portfolio is required alongside applications.
Requirements:
* Proven team leadership & stakeholder management experience is essential.
* Comfortable liaising with Senior leadership regarding design strategy and UX roadmaps.
* Strong UX / UI design & Product Design experience within a SaaS environment.
* Skilled in user research — planning, conducting, and turning insights into action (Prototyping and Mapping user journeys).
* Proficient in Figma, from low‑fi wireframes to high‑fidelity prototypes.
* Ability to demonstrate solving design user‑focused problems and working full life cycle.
