Are you experienced in Microsoft Office and data management software? If so, apply today to work as an Admin Assistant for our client in Wrexham ! Our client specialises in making and developing chilled meals for the top UK supermarkets, making over 3.7million chilled meals every week. The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour. This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday or any 5 days out of 7. The hours of work are: - 9am to 6pm Your Time at Work As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for: - Assist the People Team with general admin duties, filing & scanning. - Communicating with colleagues and client in a professional manner and answering telephone calls, both external and internal. - Administration - ensure all employee details/records are accurate and that they are securely stored. - Adhering to administration processes such as monitoring, recording, and reporting daily absences as well as maintaining an accurate database to ensure that people are treated in line with the company's absence procedure. - Carry out a range of routine administrative duties to support the team in maintaining KPI's and as required by Management. - To be the first port of call with employee queries and, where possible, to resolve queries first-hand. - Ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner and ensure information is logged accurately and documented for traceability whilst maintaining accuracy. Our Perfect Worker Our perfect worker will be punctual, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Interested applicants must be able to use Microsoft Office and data management software. You will have experience in a similar role and have customer service experience.
