About You
We welcome applications through two pathways:
* Experienced Technician Route: Candidates with an Advanced City & Guilds or BTEC Higher National Certificate/Diploma in an Engineering subject who have completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship. Experience in the full range of conventional and CNC machine tools, together with an understanding of Health and Safety legislation in a workshop setting, is essential.
* Degree Apprenticeship Route: This role is offered as part of a Degree Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering. This pathway provides an opportunity to “earn while you learn,” gaining hands-on technical experience in the workshop while studying towards a BEng in Mechanical Engineering. This route is well-suited to individuals looking to develop their career in engineering through practical training combined with an accredited university qualification.
