Are you ready to help customers create their dream homes? We’re searching for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join our Home team at NEXT Online in Doncaster.
Pay - Great pay: £12.76 per hour (that’s £23,886.72 pro rata), with an extra £1 per hour for weekend work. Plus, you could earn up to 20% more with a quarterly performance bonus if you’re a star player.
Shifts: 33.25 hours per week. 4 Days on 4 Days off, 11 am – 9 pm weekdays & 9 am – 7 pm weekends. Please note spaces are limited for each shift and are on a first come, first served basis and cannot be guaranteed.
Location: Onsite, based at our contact centre - Yorkshire Way, Armthorpe, Doncaster, DN3 3FQ with the opportunity to apply to work from home, in line with our working from home policy after a minimum of 6-9 months’ service (eligibility criteria applies).
Training: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Starting Monday 20 October 2025 - Friday 7 November 2025, then coaching for 3 weeks following the training in shift time. You must be able to commit to the full training period to be considered for the role.
