About the Role:
As a Level 3 Nursery Assistant, you will support the delivery of high:quality early years provision in line with the EYFS framework. Youll help create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where children can learn through play and develop key social, emotional, and developmental skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Support childrens learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
Plan and deliver age:appropriate activities alongside the room leader and team.
Observe, assess, and contribute to childrens learning records.
Promote childrens independence, confidence, and well:being.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety policies are followed at all times.
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or equivalent.
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness .
