We are looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Children’s Therapy Team, supporting children and young people across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. You will work in homes, schools, nurseries and clinics wherever each child and family needs you most. Our service offers a supportive, forward‑thinking environment with pathways in Early Years, Complex Disability and Physical Disability, plus specialist areas such as palliative care, neuromuscular conditions, hemiplegia and splinting. You will be guided by an experienced Clinical Professional Lead and work closely with a passionate multi‑agency team. Responsibilities
* Provide a professional Occupational Therapy service and carry an agreed caseload under the supervision of Senior Occupational Therapy staff.
* Apply the Occupational Therapy process within a multi‑disciplinary format.
* Deliver Occupational Therapy services to patients within a variety of settings, requiring flexibility and adaptability in recognising the complexity of these environments.
* Supervise therapy support workers and students.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Occupational Therapy qualification and HCPC registration.
* Experience with children's equipment helpful.
* Strong time‑management and confidence to work flexibly with families and partners.
* Car ownership/driver essential due to community travel.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a multi‑agency team.
