JOB DESCRIPTION
Ayrshire Valuation Joint Board is keen to hear from capable individuals, who are interested in developing a career in property surveying and valuation within one of the country’s most scenic regions.
The Assessor for Ayrshire Valuation Joint Board is responsible for compiling and maintaining the Valuation List (all dwellings in Ayrshire liable for Council Tax) and the Valuation Roll (all non-domestic properties in Ayrshire liable for business rates).
We are offering the opportunity to join our team, where you will be supported in developing your existing property skills with a view to long term career satisfaction and progression.
If chosen for interview, we will discuss the ways in which we can help you develop the skills required to succeed as a Technician / Property Surveyor. We are also happy to discuss possible future learning and progression opportunities within our organisation.
