Our client is a learning specialist and training provider with City & Guilds and EAL accreditation. The business has built an exceptional reputation through specialised training, small class sizes (maximum 8 students) and high-quality instruction delivered by industry trained lecturers.
Originating from specialised battery training for major data center clients and UPS users, the company is now scaling from a subcontracted model into a multi-discipline in-house operation with a focus on "safety-first" electrical training.
Position Summary
This is a pivotal, permanent hire designed to lead the business's transition to a self-sustaining in-house delivery model. The role is a split between high-quality classroom delivery and business management with a focus on sustainable growth.
The candidate will act as the "face" of the training center while working closely with the Group CEO to drive commercial expansion including the identification and management of additional sites.
Objectives for the first - 12 months
* Stabilise Delivery: Take over core teaching modules to reduce reliance on external subcontractors.
* Curriculum Innovation: Develop and launch new courses in Renewables, Solar PV, and EV Charging.

To satisfy awarding body requirements and maintain the center's reputation for excellence, the candidate must demonstrate:
* Technical Competence: Be technically competent in the area for which they are delivering training.
* Training Credentials: Have credible experience in providing training, holding an equivalent Level 3 or 4 award in teaching & development (e.g., PTLLS or AET).
* Assessing Qualifications: If assessing, must hold either the old A1/A2 or the current TAQA/CAVA qualification.
