Key Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
• Lead and deliver a clear sales strategy that accelerates sustainable revenue growth.
• Strengthen customer relationships through a trusted, solutions focused approach.
• Drive the growth of Garic+, ensuring strong partner management and market engagement.
• Work hand in hand with Marketing, Operations, Commercial and Finance to enhance customer value.
• Bring insight and rigour to pipeline management, forecasting and sales governance.
• Build and develop a high performing, values led sales team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Identify and grow key accounts and regional opportunities across the UK.
• Represent Garic at senior industry events, promoting our brand and propositions confidently.
• Champion our culture — ensuring your team feels supported, included and empowered to do their best work
What We're Looking for Is Someone with These Essentials:
• Established industry networks and/or a recognised reputation in the UK hire market.
• Experience expanding into new regions or developing cross hire opportunities.
These qualities would be a great help:
• Full UK driving licence.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
