Residential Conveyancer
Location: Remote / Hybrid / Office-based (Salisbury, Andover, Amesbury, or Fordingbridge)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected, CQS-accredited residential property team experiencing significant growth due to continued client satisfaction and strong referrer relationships.

The role of the Residential Conveyancer:
* As a Residential Conveyancer, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality, end-to-end conveyancing service. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing your own caseload of residential property transactions
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, financial advisors, and solicitors
* Attending client meetings and taking instructions
* Preparing and submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
* Handling post-exchange and post-completion formalities
* Managing completions and preparing completion statements
* Supporting the wider team with case management, document preparation, and administrative tasks
The person for the Residential Conveyancer:
* We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with:
* 3+ years of solid residential conveyancing experience (FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer qualifications welcome, but not essential)
* A keen eye for detail, with strong organisational and time management skills
* Confidence, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure
* Excellent client care, communication, and interpersonal skills
* A track record of strong billing performance
* A desire to contribute to the continued growth of the property department
