The Role
As a graduate engineer, your daily tasks will vary to expose you to all aspects of our work, helping you discover what suits you best. Your responsibilities may include:
* Working on live projects from day one
* Engaging in sectors such as healthcare, hotels, and more
* Producing detailed designs and drawings using CAD and Revit
* Participating in continuous CPD and learning opportunities
* Designing Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Control Systems
* Creating designs for drainage and water services within standards, budgets, and deadlines
Communication will be key, as you'll liaise with project teams, clients, and end users, and attend meetings. You will have a dedicated mentor and supervisor, receiving top-notch training to support your development.
What We Are Looking For
* An expected or achieved 2.1 or above in an IMechE or CIBSE accredited degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
* A master's or relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous
* Previous industry placement or work experience is a plus
* Familiarity with CAD or similar software is beneficial
* Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
* Ability to work well in teams and independently
* A friendly, ambitious, confident, flexible, and resilient individual
