As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader who cares about creating a positive environment for our guests and teams. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel, owning your shifts to drive performance both individually and for the restaurant.

* Are passionate about supporting your team and helping others reach their potential while maintaining high standards
* Are ready to run shifts, plan schedules to ensure proper coverage, and enjoy working with and coaching your team on the go
* Have an understanding of managing labor and rotas, and are eager to learn about the financial performance of the restaurant
* Are skilled at recognizing excellent performance during shifts and celebrating this with your team
