The Role: As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner for CAMHS in Lancashire, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care and support to children and adolescents with mental health needs. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing specialist mental health assessments and interventions for young people
* Assuming responsibility for management of a defined caseload using specialist knowledge and advanced clinical reasoning to undertake assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care programs for children and families, liaising with and referring to relevant agencies as appropriate.
* Providing liaison with other professionals and agencies to ensure effective communication, leading to a comprehensive and integrated package of care around the young person, their families, and/or carers
* Taking an active role in the holistic assessment and treatment of young people presenting to the service, especially those at risk of mental health problems

Requirements:
* Qualified Mental Health Practitioner (e.g., Social Worker, Nurse, or Psychologist) with significant experience in CAMHS
* HCPC or NMC registration
