🕒 Hours: 32 hours per week, Rota to cover shifts Mon-Fri, to include 1 in 3 Saturdays.
💷 Salary: £17.10 per hour

🩺 What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading and motivating your pharmacy team to deliver outstanding service
* Supporting the Pharmacy Manager with day-to-day operations
* Using your initiative to drive performance and add value to the business
* Ensuring the dispensary runs efficiently and meets GPhC standards
👩⚕️ We're Looking For:
* NVQ Level 3 in Dispensing (Level 2 considered), Technician/ACT desirable
* Previous experience working in a dispensary
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Supervisory experience in pharmacy or retail (e.g. previous store/assistant manager)
