Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position located in Hinckley. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and developing sales strategies tailored to the metal fabrication industry. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with production teams to ensure customer expectations are met. You will also track market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications
* Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and meet targets
* Customer relationship management and account management experience, with a focus on creating long-term partnerships
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
* Knowledge of the metal fabrication industry or manufacturing processes is a plus
* Proficient in business tools such as CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
* Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
