A Global Organisation requires an experienced Cyber Business Analyst to support a growing Security transformation, helping drive clarity, structure, and alignment across strategic security initiatives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and security leaders, you will provide high-quality analysis, support informed decision-making, and help ensure the organisation remains focused on its highest-priority security outcome.
Location: 2 days a week in Cambridge Office
* Experience working as a Business Analyst within Cyber Security transformation programmes, supporting complex initiatives and organisational change.
* Confident working closely with senior stakeholders, security teams, project managers, and technical specialists to gather requirements, clarify scope, and help shape successful delivery outcomes.
* Strong ability to turn security strategy, governance, risk, and compliance requirements into clear, structured analysis, practical recommendations, and actionable delivery plans.
* Comfortable facilitating workshops and collaborative working sessions, bringing people together to align on priorities, dependencies, risks, and expected outcomes.
* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process mapping, gap analysis, prioritisation, and helping organisations improve visibility and performance across multiple initiatives.
* Experience in a fast-moving environments, balancing multiple priorities with a pragmatic and delivery-focused mindset; experience with Jira, Confluence, and security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS Controls.
