This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll support chefs during service and play a key part in maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
1. Keep the kitchen clean, safe and organised throughout service
2. Wash dishes, pots and kitchen equipment to a high standard
3. Support chefs with basic prep and general tasks when needed
4. Manage waste and recycling responsibly
5. Assist with deliveries and stock organisation
6. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Who You Are
7. Reliable, hardworking and happy to get stuck in
8. Comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment
9. A strong team player who takes pride in doing things properly
10. Organised and able to work efficiently under pressure
11. Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential, full training provided
