Oversee daily operations within the home, supporting and supervising residential staff while ensuring high standards of care for children and young people.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and support residential support workers
* Ensure care plans are implemented and reviewed
* Monitor the health, safety, and well‑being of residents
* Liaise with external agencies and attend reviews/meetings
* Provide on‑call support and contribute to the on‑call rota
* Leadership training and support
* Progression to Deputy Manager or Registered Manager

Qualifications and Essential Requirements
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
* Experience in a supervisory role within residential childcare
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and regulatory standards
* Enhanced DBS check
