Oculus Legal Group are partnered with a highly regarded regional law firm that continues to expand its specialist property teams. With Residential Property being one of the firm’s strongest and fastest-growing departments, they are now seeking an experienced fee-earner to join the Ipswich office.
The Opportunity
A fantastic position has arisen for a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer (NQ–5 PQE) to join a well-established Residential Property team. This is an excellent career-building role within a firm known for strong client relationships, progression opportunities, and a supportive working culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of residential freehold and leasehold transactions including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages (registered, unregistered, and new builds).
* Handling lease extensions and auction matters.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and professional introducers.
* Sharing knowledge and best practice within the team.
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory, internal, and external audit requirements.
About You
* Confident managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
* Excellent client care and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive, busy team environment.
