Working Hours: 7am – 4pm
Holiday: 29 days + 3 Bank Holidays (New Years Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day)

Position Summary: We are looking for a Panel Beater to join our Bodyshop team based in Hoddesdon. Our team thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring customer satisfaction with every vehicle repair. We pride ourselves on our friendly and collaborative work culture, where thoroughness is key.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle panels to their original condition.
* Assessing vehicle damage and determining the appropriate repair methods.
* Removing damaged panels and components.
* Straightening and reshaping panels using hand tools and power tools.
* Welding and bonding panels to restore structural integrity.
* Repairing or replacing damaged parts as necessary.
* Quality control of repairs
* Inspecting repaired panels for quality assurance.
* Completing all work to the highest possible standard in the prescribed time.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Panel Beater.
* Proficient in panel assembly, wielding and equipment repair.
* This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation abilities.
* Capable of always maintaining confidentiality.
* Full Driving License.
