Manufacturing Engineer Location: Northern Ireland Salary depending on experience An excellent opportunity has arisen for a proactive and hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to join a dynamic engineering environment. This role is focused on driving new product introduction from concept through to production, ensuring robust processes, seamless cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities *Support product development from initial concept through to full production release *Develop and validate manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions *Manage prototype builds and first article validation *Act as a key interface between Design, R&D, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain *Provide manufacturing input during design reviews *Investigate and resolve production issues using structured problem-solving methods *Coordinate containment activities to minimise impact on production *Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rework, waste, and variability Requirements *Degree in an engineering related subject *Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role *Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including machining, fabrication, assembly, vehicle wiring, and vehicle electronics *Experience using CAD and PDM systems (SolidWorks and Pulse PDM advantageous) For more information on this role contact Zoey at Cpl ??
