The Role: As a Design Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their buying journey, offering expert advice and support every step of the way. From the first interaction to after-sales service, you'll ensure our clients have a seamless and enjoyable experience, transforming their vision into reality with our stunning tile solutions.
What You'll Do:
* Inspire and Advise: Help clients achieve their design dreams by providing expert advice on our diverse product range, ensuring the perfect fit for their projects.
* Create Solutions: Tailor your recommendations to meet each client's unique needs, offering solutions from our extensive range of products.
* Build Relationships: Be the trusted advisor who guides clients through the entire process, from initial enquiry to final delivery.
* Collaborate: Work closely with a supportive, tight-knit team to provide technical insights and exceptional customer service.
* Stay Organized: Manage customer calls, confirm orders, respond to email inquiries, process payments, arrange sample dispatches, and ensure smooth after-sales support.
About You: Do you have experience in the kitchen, bathroom sector? Then you are the perfect candidate We'll also provide training to help you become a Natural Angle product expert. What we're looking for is someone with:
* A creative flair and an eye for design, especially colour coordination.
* Sales-driven energy and a genuine passion for customer service.
* Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal.
* Strong organizational abilities and the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Confidence with computer systems.

Work Schedule: Our showroom is open Monday to Friday 08:45 am – 5:15 pm. This role offers a dynamic environment with a consistent schedule, giving you work-life balance while contributing to an exciting team.
