Role Overview As a Document Controller, you will play a vital role in supporting the project team by managing, distributing, and maintaining control over all project documentation. You will ensure information is accurate, up-to-date, and available to the right stakeholders at the right time. Key Responsibilities * Maintain accurate records of all project documentation using document management systems (such as Asite, Viewpoint, BIW, or similar platforms). * Control the numbering, filing, sorting, and retrieval of electronically stored documents. * Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and procedures. * Assist in the preparation of reports and data for project teams and management. * Manage document distribution, ensuring timely delivery to internal teams, clients, and subcontractors. * Support quality assurance by checking documents for accuracy, formatting, and compliance before issue. * Provide training and support to project team members on document management systems when required.
