Candidate Location & Coverage
The ideal candidate will be based in the South of England, covering areas including Reading, Watford, Luton, Northampton, Cambridge, and surrounding counties.
About The Team
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of distributor buying accounts, focusing on growing sales and profits by leveraging our product categories and strengthening relationships with distribution partners and their customers.
Responsibilities
* Achieve year-over-year growth in the assigned territory
* Develop and execute journey plans to maximize end-user engagement
* Manage and understand market sectors of distributor accounts
* Coordinate marketing programs with clear ROI metrics, participate in exhibitions and trade shows
Experience & Skills
* Knowledge of sales budgets, profit margins, and influencing tactics
* Proven ability to build long-term relationships
* Track record of meeting sales targets
