Set up and configure new IT equipment, including PCs, printers, label printers, and handheld scanners. Support and maintain Windows-based PCs and shop floor systems. Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity across the site (LAN/Wi-Fi). Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and SharePoint.
