Our client in Swanley is looking for a reliable, friendly, and hard‑working 3.5T Delivery Driver to join their growing team. You’ll be part of a two‑person crew, delivering goods directly to customers’ homes, so being personable, polite, and a strong communicator really matters.
* £15 per hour – paid weekly
* Monday to Saturday with one day off during the week
* Heavy lifting – ideal if you enjoy physical work
* Two‑person home delivery crew – teamwork is everything
* Temporary role with a Temp‑to‑Perm opportunity for the right person

The Role
* Carrying out multi drop driver duties across the region
* Delivering items as a home delivery driver alongside your crew partner, including heavy lifting
* Providing excellent customer service at every doorstep
* Keeping communication clear and professional throughout the day
* Maintaining a safe, tidy, and compliant vehicle
What we’re looking for
* Experience as a van driver or in a similar delivery role
* Someone physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* A genuine team player who works well with others
* Friendly, approachable, and confident speaking with customers
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards
* Valid UK drivers licence (manual)
* NO DR, DG or TT endorsements
