Job Description
3. Process and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
4. Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining up-to-date records.
5. Manage invoices, including handling queries and resolving discrepancies.
6. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
7. Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department as needed.
8. Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and procedures.
9. Ensure confidentiality and security of financial data.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
10. Previous experience in a finance or accounting role within the business services industry.
11. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
12. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
13. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
14. Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
