Your new role
Your new role as a Housing Officer will require you to manage a patch of properties throughout the Worcestershire region, supporting the tenants to sustain their tenancies, new tenancy sign-ups, tackling anti-social behaviour, safeguarding and tenancy breaches, as well as conducting thorough estate inspections to address health and safety concerns.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful Housing Officer will have previous experience of providing tenancy services on behalf of a housing provider, including tenancy management, ASB & safeguarding. You will also be able to example proactive organisation skills with strong time management, excellent communication with a customer-first mindset and hold a full UK driving licence with access to a car.
