Helfy, a growing international health-tech company, is looking for a reliable and detail-orientedBookkeeperto join our team.
Responsibilities
· Collaborate with the company external bookkeeping and accounting firms.
· Organize and upload financial documents to the external bookkeeping system (Dokka/NetSuite).
· Set up and manage vendor information in the ERP system.
· Perform bank reconciliations, including uploading bank statements and identifying missing invoices.
· Ensure accurate classification of invoices (fixed assets, prepayments, etc.).
· Maintain accurate digital and physical records, including contracts, invoices, and financial documents.
· Support the finance and stock team by preparing payment reports to suppliers based on our platform reports
· Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government offices.
· Assist with the preparation of documentation for contracts, reports, and compliance.
Requirements
· 2–4 years of experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles.
· Certified Bookkeeper + full high school diploma.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
· Fluent inEnglish– both written and spoken.
· Additional languages such asHebrew and/or German– a plus.
· Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g. NetSuite) – advantage.
· Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
· Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Formal Qualifications:
* AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) – Level 2–4
* ICB (Institute of Certified Bookkeepers)
* IAB (International Association of Bookkeepers)
