Responsibilities:
1. Input new and updated data into customer inventories using the Safekeeper system.
2. Manage the incoming data input process, including keying label and location information, investigating and resolving exceptions, acknowledging orders with customers, and closing work orders.
3. Manage internal move data input, including keying all information, electronically moving cartons, investigating and resolving exceptions, and closing work orders.
4. Manage destruction data input, including selecting destruction candidates, keying changes, verifying information, resolving exceptions, forwarding destruction certificates, and closing work orders.
5. Handle permanent removal processes electronically, including keying all PMOs, verifying information, resolving exceptions, and closing work orders.
6. Update customer contract information and resolve problems or discrepancies through contact with customers, project teams, contract administrators, or account managers.
7. Print and mail receipt acknowledgements, month-end, and quarter-end reports as requested.
8. Assist customer service as needed and perform other customer-related tasks and projects.
Key Skills, Requirements, and Competencies:
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* High-level data entry skills, proficiency on a PC in an IBM compatible and MS DOS environment, familiarity with Windows and Word processing software.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* At least 1 year of data entry experience in a service-oriented environment with exposure to customer service.
