Executive Administrator – Office-Based Role
We are looking for a high-level Executive Administrator to join a growing and fast-paced team. This is not your standard admin role — we’re seeking someone who can truly take ownership, drive operations, and support the business at a strategic level.
This is a hands-on, paperwork-heavy position where you’ll play a key role in keeping projects moving, clients informed, and the wider team organised and efficient.
The Role:
* Managing emails, calls, and day-to-day administration
* Booking jobs and coordinating logistics
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and in-house technicians
* Tracking job progress, values, and schedules
* Managing invoicing and updating clients on timelines
* Ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
* Highly organised and proactive individual
* Strong experience in a senior admin / operations / coordination role
* Confident in client-facing communication
* Ability to manage multiple moving parts and prioritise effectively
* Someone who can get stuck in and support business growth
* Detail-oriented and comfortable with a paperwork-heavy workload
* Experience using CRM systems (essential)

* £30,000 – £33,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
