Assistant Psychologist - Research Horsham - Kerwin Court £25,147 per annum 37.5 hours per week

This role is partly based in Horsham (hybrid working) with national responsibilities. You will support the Clinical Director and Research Fellow on service evaluation and research projects, directly impacting the services and resources we provide. Your responsibilities include assisting in the collation and analysis of clinical outcome data, developing group resource materials for adults with acquired brain injury, and supporting clinical research dissemination. This position offers valuable research experience relevant to a career in Clinical Psychology.
The Role:
As an Assistant Psychologist - Research, your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with research design, literature review, participant recruitment, assessment, data entry, analysis, and manuscript preparation.
* Collating and analyzing outcome data from BIRT services to produce reports.
* Assisting in clinical audits and evaluations of Brainkind services.
* Developing multimedia resource materials for rehabilitation.
* Editing and presenting resources accessibly.
* Gathering feedback on resources and making necessary adjustments.
* Supporting research and innovation sharing within Brainkind.
* Undertaking travel as required to fulfill role responsibilities.
About you:
* Upper second or first class honours degree in psychology.
* Ideally a Masters in Research Methods or a relevant field, though not essential.
* Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
* Experience of teamwork.
* Ability to conduct research under supervision.
* Full driving license and willingness to travel.
