Main responsibilities include: Collaborating with internal and external partners to implement solutions into clinical care pathways. Aligning with cross-functional EMEA partners to meet tactical needs for clinical pathway optimisation. Partnering with healthcare providers, hospital systems, and key opinion leaders to align pathways with best practices and institutional goals. Collaborating with clinicians and teams to understand how BD solutions integrate into workflows. Developing pathway models demonstrating improved patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Monitoring and evaluating the impact of pathways on clinical outcomes, efficiency, and costs. Executing project workstreams and deliverables to high standards. Supporting evidence generation initiatives to validate pathways. Seeking feedback from Sales on training needs, key accounts, and field activities. Ensuring activities comply with regulatory standards and policies. Embracing innovative learning and flexible solutions to meet customer needs. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of PI solutions and becoming a Subject Matter Expert. The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, an outcome-driven mindset, and a growth-oriented approach. The position involves up to 60% travel. BD is a leading global medical technology company committed to advancing health. We offer a culture of learning, growth, and inclusivity, with opportunities to shape the future of healthcare. We support flexible work arrangements, with a minimum of 4 days in-office per week for most roles, to foster collaboration and innovation.
