Job Description We are seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to join our growing controls and performance team in Lincolnshire. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the planning and scheduling of complex construction projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely project delivery. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies for industrial and manufacturing projects Analyse project requirements, technical drawings, and specifications to create detailed work breakdown structures Utilise advanced planning and scheduling software to monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or delays Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and timelines Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines or budgets Mentor junior planning engineers and provide technical guidance to the team Contribute to the development and improvement of planning processes and best practices
