Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours per week – Monday to Friday

From our HQ in Magherafelt, we're helping customers all over the UK and Ireland, and we're growing fast. That means we need brilliant people to keep our customers smiling, and right now, we're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Ecommerce team to help us deliver the outstanding service our customers love and respect.

What we will ask of you:
· You will be responsible for answering queries via phone, email, and live chat, guiding customers from simple questions through to more complex requests.
· To support customers through the order process, from placing orders to arranging fabric samples and spare parts.
· Provide clear product information, advice and after-sales support.
· The ability to organise replacement parts, resolving issues, and following through until everything's sorted.
· Confident assisting customers with measure and fit enquiries, coordinating appointments and payments with the relevant teams.
· Share feedback and recurring issues with the Team Leader to help us improve the customer experience.
· Deliver a first-class experience that reflects the quality of our brands.
· Managing your daily time plan efficiently, ensuring no detail slips through the cracks.
What we are looking for: -
Essential
* 1+ years' experience in customer service or a similar role.
* A genuine passion for helping people, with the patience to listen and the confidence to guide.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
* Computer confidence, great phone etiquette, and an organised approach.
* A positive attitude, pride in your work, and the energy to match.
* Proficient in MS Office packages, Word, Excel, Outlook.
Desirable
· Previous customer service experience within a manufacturing organisation.
