Youll be joining a supportive and collaborative team thats committed to creating an environment where you can thrive As a Graduate Project Surveyor, youll support the Planned Works & Estates Project Managers to help Lincolnshire Housing Partnership deliver high-quality estate works, adaptations, and planned maintenance across the organisation. What will I need to thrive in this role? A minimum level 3 qualification (or working towards) in building surveying or construction AND/OR experience working in domestic properties A desire to complete academic qualifications in relation to building surveying A good understanding of the social housing sector Trust & Integrity You build confidence through honesty, reliability, and ethical decision-making. Your weekly tasks could include: Support the Planned Works Team with asset surveys to meet legal, regulatory, and corporate standards. Conduct site visits across North and South Lincolnshire for inspections and validations. Assist with contract administration and operational delivery of planned and cyclical maintenance projects. Carry out various property surveys including pre/post inspections, defect liability checks, and asbestos re-inspections. Carrying out Health & Safety Audits Management of Budget tracker for planned workstreams Prepare reports for the Property Services and Corporate Management Teams. Monitor and report on key performance indicators across all areas of planned works. Represent LHP at external meetings and events. Collaborate across Planned and Estate Teams to ensure flexible resource support. Travel between regions as needed to meet service delivery requirements. Work under the guidance of Project Managers and the Investment Manager to support seamless project execution. What is Lincolnshire Housing Partnership like to work for?
