My client is a construction and facilities company seeking a dedicated and experienced Functional Consultant to lead the development of Functional Specifications for Maximo Commercial Processes.
Your responsibilities in the role
1. Work with FM Contracts to capture business requirements.
2. Undertake gap analysis against Maximo Functionality.
3. Develop Functional Specifications for build.
4. Oversee end-to-end Commercial Design.
5. Manage design issues and redesigns arising from changes in requirements, build, and test phases.
6. Support data design for different testing phases: pre-cutover, cut-over 1 (partial data), and cut-over 2 (full data).
7. Conduct gap analysis sessions with each contract commercial team to review the design against specific contract needs.
8. Develop contract gap specifications to enable iterative build adjustments.
9. Align system designs to non-standard business/contract processes and develop design solutions accordingly.
Skills and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
* Proven experience in functional consulting, particularly within FM processes and Maximo.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
* Experience with Maximo (MAS) commercial processes/solutions.
* Familiarity with gap analysis methodologies.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
