This role is based at our Aylesbury Campus, with travel to our Amersham and Wycombe campuses as required. A successful candidate will:
* Have proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
* Confidently manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
* Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
* Possess excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
* Be proactive and results-driven, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
* Be familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
