Retail Store Assistant
£12.21 per hour plus benefits

Location: Salford Superstore
Contract: Permanent
Working hours: Part-time 10 hours per week (Must be able to work weekends)

We’re seeking a motivated store assistant to join our trading team. You’ll act as an ambassador for Cancer Research UK, engaging with the community and representing our brand and initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing excellent customer and supporter service.
* Working as part of the shop team to meet sales and fundraising targets.
* Maintaining shop standards, visual presentation, safeguarding compliance, and health and safety.
* Building relationships with the community and colleagues.
* Supporting fundraising events to achieve targets.
* Taking keyholder responsibilities (training provided).
* Performing manual handling and physical activities as required.
Candidate requirements:
* Understanding of great customer service.
* Experience in a busy customer service environment.
* Ability to manage workload independently.
* Ability to work well in a team.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Flexibility to work on a rota basis, understanding work-life balance.
