Once you have settled in then the trainer from HIT training will put a program together with you and then the chef will help you through the program by teaching you the different areas. Your Trainer will come out to The Windmill Inn once a month to do paperwork and learning modules with you. Once a month you will go out to the HIT training premises to do cooking on the topic chosen that month Final qualification will be a Commis Chef Level 2 Functional Skills in English and maths if required What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship A person to stay on and help run the kitchen and take another qualification should they wish.
