What You’ll Be Doing: • Credit Management: Supporting our finance team with monitoring customer accounts, credit limits, and payment terms. • Customer Interaction: Building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring timely payments and resolving account queries. • Account Reconciliation: Helping maintain accurate customer account records. • Reporting: Assisting in generating reports on outstanding debts and ensuring our credit procedures are always efficient.
