We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our infrastructure team in St Neots.
What you'll do:
1. Undertake and oversee subcontractor administration: forecasts, liabilities, payments and change management.
2. Work closely with the operations team for effective cost and value management of materials.
3. Identification and valuation of change, risks and opportunities.
4. Provide support and guidance for junior commercial staff and operational staff who you are supporting.
5. Liaise with the site Client representatives on commercial issues, including the agreement of defined costs.
What you'll bring to the role:
6. Experienced senior quantity surveyor, with main contractor background working on large highways projects.
7. Experience with NEC forms of contract and understanding of contractual requirements.
8. MRICS or CICES desirable.
9. Able to work effectively with all disciplines of the site team to deliver results.
